Cure SPATA7

Leber conginenital Amourisis (LCA) is the most common disease which causes visual impairment. Mutation in SPATA7/LCA3 gene causes LCA which results in severe early onsite visual impairment.

Good news is AAV8 Gene Therapy in mouse model showed very effective results and we are working with researchers to get this moved to clinical trials.
